2024 Mary Lou Quinn Scholarship Application
The Edgebrook Sauganash Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer the annual 2024 Mary Lou Quinn Scholarship Award to high school seniors who reside in the 60646 zip code.

Who was Mary Lou Quinn?  Chamber founder and longtime board member, Mary Lou Quinn was the owner of B.Q.S. Realty and a 60-year Edgebrook resident devoted to community service with the Edgebrook Sauganash Chamber of Commerce, the Edgebrook Community Association, the Edgebrook Historical Society, the Edgebrook Woman’s Club, and Trees for Life.

Most notably, the chamber has increased the amount of the scholarship this year to $3,000 thanks to the generosity of chamber members.  “We are extremely grateful to our board members, Marti Corcoran of Coldwell Banker, Al Klairmont of Imperial Realty Co., and Frank Spula of the Polish National Alliance for supporting our local high school students on the road to their futures,” said Kathy Fern, Executive Director.  “This award can really help with a new college student’s expenses.”

A breakfast will be held to award the scholarship to the winning student and their family, and chamber members, local politicians, business owners, as well as members of the community are welcome.  See the chamber website for requirements and to apply for the scholarship.
