MLQ 2020 Scholarship

The first 10 entrants will receive a $25 gift card to their favorite Edgebrook~Sauganash business!

Entries must be received by May 22 and must include:
  1. A completed scholarship application form (click here for form)
  2. A 500 word essay on the student’s plans for higher education to pursue a career in healthcare, and how those plans will benefit them as a community citizen after graduation.
  3. A letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, faculty member, supervisor, clergy member, athletic coach or scout leader.
  4. A copy of an acceptance letter from the institution for higher learning that the student will attend in Fall of 2020 and proof of enrollment.
The deadline for entry is May 22.
